Living in the desert is completely different for my kids than how I grew up. I was used to trees and lush grass (when you could see it!) and snow from Sept-Jun. They are used to rocks and get excited everytime that they see "real" grass. Any grass that is thick and green gets touched and sat on…even if it's just in the divider in the parking lot! They found this patch of grass while we were in Phoenix at the Piano Guys concert!
