I had previously found a website that offered reasonable dresses...price and style. So I just told her how I felt (again) and suggested the website again. her big concern was that if I just ordered any old dress, I would have a different pink than everyone else .
This website offers enough dresses in standard colors that she was mollified and willing to get some from there...
So here is my dress. It will be pale pink with chocolote insets and bows...
The other bridesmaids will be in this dress....also pink with brown bow/ribbon.
