365/25 (4 Jan 2013)

I do want to get more fit this year. I really let all my healthy eating habits go over the holidays and gained a ton of weight. I want to get back into running and swimming more often too. So I hit the gym before the kids went to school and did a few miles but not nearly enough! The yoga pose really shows how much I need to work!
